The Narberth Soap Co does not hold your card details on our website, instead, we use secure payment gateways such as PayPal and Shopify. We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed, including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and invoices.

Products

All our products are handmade and therefore the size, shape, colour and design may vary from batch to batch. Our stock levels are managed online, however, should your order be out of stock we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund.

All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock.

We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.

The information in our listings relates to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product. We do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions.

Pricing and Payment

Prices on our website are in pounds sterling (£). All prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. We will despatch your goods within 7 working days of your payment being cleared unless otherwise stated on the site. Once received, paid orders cannot be amended.

Prices for all products are subject to change.

Online ordering

You are responsible to ensure that all information given by you at the time of ordering is correct. The information that you provide must relate to you, the buyer and not a third party. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Returns and cancellations

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if there is a problem we have a no quibble returns policy. Please contact us as soon as possible at alex@thenarberthsoapco.co.uk Returns should be posted to the address below within 7 days of receipt. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with the full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to The Narberth Soap Co before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items, we recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.

In the event of damage of goods or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered, the customer must hold the goods and notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. In the case of a return of unwanted items, all goods to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to The Narberth Soap Co in whole, in its original packaging and in perfect condition to the address below. Postage will not be refunded.

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Complaints

We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they are perfect. Should you have a complaint please notify us by email at alex@thenarberthsoapco.co.uk and we will endeavour to arrive at a satisfactory solution. The Narberth Soap Co treats all complaints seriously. Free shipping is a discount for a certain spend amount. Therefore, if items are returned that take your order value under the free amount the shipping discount will be claimed back.

Mailing list

When purchasing any products on our site you agree to be part of our mailing list. Our mailing list is solely used for our site www.thenarberthsoapco.co.uk this is not passed on to any other platform. However, if you do not wish to be part of that list please email alex@thenarberthsoapco.co.uk
