Our products are handcrafted in small batches in Pembrokeshire using carefully selected plant-based oils, butters, botanical ingredients and pure essential oils. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms.

The following terms & conditions govern your use of our website. By using the website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the website. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

Mailing list

When purchasing any products on our site you agree to be part of our mailing list. Our mailing list is solely used for our site www.thenarberthsoapco.co.uk this is not passed on to any other platform. However, if you do not wish to be part of that list please email alex@thenarberthsoapco.co.uk

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers only. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.

Wholesale prices are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

Minimum Orders

Opening Order: £100

Payment

Payment is required in full 21 days after receiving items.

We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Card Payment or Secure Payment Link.

Ownership of all goods remains with The Narberth Soap Co. until full payment has been received.

Lead Times

As all of our products are handcrafted in small batches, some items may be made to order.

Please allow up to two weeks during busy periods, particularly before Christmas. Whenever possible, orders will be dispatched sooner.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or quoted before dispatch.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if any items are damaged, incorrect or missing.

Photographs may be requested to assist with any claim.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Wholesale orders are supplied on a firm sale basis only. We do not offer sale or return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Presentation & Branding

Products must be sold in their original packaging.

The Narberth Soap Co. labels, ingredient information, branding and packaging must not be removed, altered, covered, replaced or repackaged.

Products may not be sold under another brand name.

Storage

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

As our products are made with botanical ingredients and essential oils, we recommend rotating stock and selling older stock first.

Cosmetic Compliance

All products comply with current UK Cosmetic Regulations and have been safety assessed.

Stockists are responsible for storing and displaying products appropriately after delivery. If unsure please ask.

Pricing

Retail prices remain at the discretion of each stockist.

We are happy to provide Recommended Retail Prices to help maintain the quality and value of the brand.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Wholesale prices already include our trade discount.

Online promotions, voucher codes, discount codes, loyalty rewards and seasonal offers available on our retail website cannot be used on wholesale purchases unless expressly stated by The Narberth Soap Co.

Product Availability

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, availability may vary throughout the year.

We reserve the right to amend, improve or discontinue products without prior notice.

Photography & Marketing

Approved stockists are welcome to use The Narberth Soap Co. product photography and marketing material to promote our products. Please email for images if required.

Images, branding and product descriptions must not be altered in a way that misrepresents our products or brand.

Intellectual Property

The Narberth Soap Co. name, logo, product names, photographs, artwork, descriptions and marketing material remain the intellectual property of The Narberth Soap Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
